This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are basic but functional, with two twin beds, a kitchenette, and even a balcony. The location is ideal, near shops and restaurants, and we especially enjoyed walking to a lovely local restaurant for dinner. The snowy hills surrounding the hotel can be admired from the swimming pool, providing a picturesque view.
All was satisfactory.

I thought that I would get a room, with a en-suite bathroom, that was what I thought that I paid for. But I got a whole apartement. A separate bedroom, and a small kichen in the living-room, and of course a en-suite bathroom, with a wc, a bath-tub and a bidet.I Feel that I got more than I I paid for. The man in the reception told me that when it was off season, and they had vacant apartements, they did it this way.

Brigita, receptionist is very nice and tried to help us with everything. She also speaks Spanish. apartment was clean and spacious. It has a big double room, spacious bathroom (the water from the shower comes out great) and a kitchenette. It is that kitchen, separated by some shelves, there are two beds and TV. It's all big. It has a clothesline and you get towels, shampoo and body and face cream. It also has a hair dryer. cupboards are big and have hangers. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement of the hotel. washing machine costs 3 euros and dryer another three. You have to bring the detergent because you can't buy it there. If they modernized the hotel a bit, it would be perfect.
You can feel the mattress springs and facilities are old. Besides, my apartment didn't even have a frying pan or a coffee maker, when I asked for it, they gave me two dirty pans to wash them. hotel stairs would have to be swept more.

Setting & scenery fantastic. Staff obliging & friendly - made special arrangements for an unexpectedly late arrival. Excellent facilities & plenty of car parking.
An inconvenience rather than a dislike is that the establishment is not within walking distance of shops, restaurants, etc. However, the setting, quietness & atmosphere are more than adequate compensations.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location near shops and restaurants is convenient, especially during the winter season when there aren't many buses. The view of the snowy hills from the swimming pool is simply breathtaking. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms, complete with a kitchenette and balcony, are equipped with basic but functional facilities.
All was good, nothing to be improved.

Very kind and co-operative receptionist. An old but pretty clean apartment in a quite environment, only 15 min from Cortina D'Ampezzo.
We missed the internet in the room. Luckily, we had no intention to cook as the kitchen is rather basically equipped.

Clean facility, quiet, and large easy access parking.
The beds were quite hard and minimal pillow comfort. Very warm in the rooms, unable to turn the heat down, but able to open patio doors, however, would not leave them open all night as anyone has access to the balcony. We were only able to access the wifi while in the lobby, not in our room.

Easy going, not expencive apartment hotel with very kind recepcionist Remo.
Although is not expensive accomodation, and its good value for money, maybe it could make WI FI everywhere.

Property is a bit outdated , but clean. Notice reception opening hours when you book. We barely made it on time.

The staff is very co-operative and polite. We got upgraded to a bigger room because it was available. The lounge was big and with wifi. There where micro-own and owen to make food. Excellent view from RC. Near shops and restaurants.
I wish we had internet in room 108. In some parts of the apartment was it not wifi. We didnt have washing sponge and had to ask some one. Also had to buy washing soap.
